Guest guest
I seem to need that morning caffeine. Coffee is too acidic. Diet coke seems to work. I only drink 4-6 oz and then don't have any caffeine the rest of the day. Is just that little bit to get the fog out of my brain going to mess with my blood sugar? Can anyone recommend anything else? Tea seems too boring.

Tea masala does spice up your morning tea. Just a thought. Guest guest
PLEASE do not drink Diet Coke - the Aspartame has so many devastating side effects Jane
Guest guest
The one thing I hate about diet Coke is the Aspartane - why not just have the plain Coke? While you explore other options I mean - how about ginger beer - you could even make your own?
