I seem to need that morning caffeine. Coffee is too acidic. Diet coke seems

to work. I only drink 4-6 oz and then don't have any caffeine the rest of

the day. Is just that little bit to get the fog out of my brain going to

mess with my blood sugar? Can anyone recommend anything else? Tea seems too

boring.

I enjoy my morning tea with a pinch of cinnamon powder on some days; and

tea masala on some days. Tea masala does spice up your morning tea.

Just a thought.

The liver damage by caffeine is compensated to most extent by this masala.

The one thing I hate about diet Coke is the Aspartane - why not just have

the plain Coke? While you explore other options I mean - how about ginger

beer - you could even make your own?
