Guest guest
Dr. Sanjeev Khurd, Pune-based infertility expert says, “50 types of chemicals that we are exposed to, water in plastic bottles, microwave food, pesticides used on vegetables, etc., exert an evil estrogen effect causing for rising number of infertility cases among males (Times of India, Pune; May 25,2008). So also, Dr. Anand Shinde, infertility expert at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune confirms that pesticides can also increase the levels of estrogen affecting sperm count adversely. According to W.H.O., the normal level of sperm count was 60 million per ml. Later it came down to 40 million and now it only 20 million per ml. This has rendered as much as five per cent of male population infertile. But it needs to be studied that such adverse factors might be affecting human health in many other ways. My own research confirms that such chemicals in food also create other stomach problems like indigestion, constipation and vitamin and mineral imbalances causing many health hazards like migraine, varicose veins, arthritis, falling and premature graying hair and onset of early old age with geriatric problems.. And, hence, there is a strong reason to shun chemicals, microwaves and other items like bottled water as much as possible and prefer the natural life style close to Mother Nature.
