Try the following to reduce Pitta.

Everyday drink about 4 to 5 glasses of water stored in a copper vessel

overnight, before brushing your teeth and before sunrise. Start off

with less water as you may get nausea and headache in the beginning.

But as the toxins get rid of the body, increase the quantity. Do not

eat or drink after one hour of drinking water.

Important is the copper vessel should be clean and the water should be

consumed before sunrise.

If you like, drink a tea made out of half a spoonful of fennel+half a

spoonful of coriander seeds+quarter spoonful of cumin seeds. This tea

cools down the body.

Another remedy to get rid of toxins is that to a cup of warm water add

half a lime juice and a teaspoon of honey and drink empty stomach in

the early morning.

Do not eat junk foods and always prefer fresh food. That will keep you

healthy all your life.

All the above remedies will cleanse the body. Detoxification may aid

in reducing the hair loss.

Hope this helps.

my suggestion is on my own experience, It is Indian

method ,These suggestions based on both ayur and

siddha system.

step one controlling microbes in the hair roots.

dandruff , fungus, bacteria may be residing at root of

the hair and may cause hair loss.

peper , white peper made paste and rubbed at hair

roots is effective control method.

while bathing avoid water running on face to avoid

irritation. bend head back and wash.

my better choice is garlic a more strong fungicide .

applying garlic paste at hair roots and bathe after

half an hour similarly

repeat application after four days .

three such bathing will eliminate all infections.

second phase nourishing the hair.

milk is best , Athimathura root made paste by adding

milk can be applied on head and regularly bathing

twice a week is enough.

white of the egg is also used by some people as hair

application .

some villagers dip a white cotton cloth in rabbits

blood dry it and immerse it in coconut oil and keep

oil bottle in sunlight for several days and use it as

hair tonic oil.

of course there are plenty of oil preparations, the

neeli bringathi etc in such preparations milk is one

of the ingredient.

in ayur texts burned , horn, skin , hair of goat is

used as a hair nourish er , similarly the elephant

tusk.

these are externally nourishing hair roots technic.

persons physical health and nutrition is another

point.

thribala iron are general nutrition and protein foods,

especially in siddha fish is recommended for hair

growth

this is a general idea of hair treatment, but amoung

men hair loss is related to male hormones , hereditary

,these methods wont produce satisfactory results

amoung bald men but i have come across one physician

developed hair on bald head . he was using his

technique as secret and he is no more.

Thanking you

R.vidhyasagar.

wat's the classical treatment of hair loss in ayurveda?

Hi

I do not know what treatment for hair loss is best in Ayurveda but I

can recommend the'101 G' product based on a Traditional Chinese

Medicine formula. I have started using this a couple of months ago

and the results are awsome, of course that every case is different

but I have tried a number of other European [expensive] products and

no results. If yo live in the UK careful not to buy from Chinese

shops where they often charge £35 - £40 for one single bottle (120

ml), order it online from places like 'chineseherb.co.uk

main_page=advanced_search_result & search_in_description=1 & keyword=101g &

gclid=CM-CuurxqJMCFQWL1QodwErFnQ) where you can buy one single bottle

for £11.95 or 5 bottles for £47.80. It is really working for me, but

I must admit that I was sceptical in the begining. I also recommend

the shampoo from the same brand.Check them out on the web site.

Good luck

Guys

I have a very healthy and balanced diet, I exercise regularly and yet

I was still losing quite a lot of hair. Like I said before, each

person is different.

Another good supplement to prevent/stop hair loss is Polygonum

Mutliflorum, also known as 'He Shou Wu'or fo-ti.

The '101 G' hair tonic has worked wonders for me and it is

inexpensive.
