hi i am 24 years, 175cm with 58kgs, I looks very thin. I think my

weight should be 75kgs, please suggest can ayurveda can help me.

The best thing to do is exercise. Exercise can make muscle. Muscle

weighs more than fat. There is a yogic diet of steamed beets and

cottage cheese and herbal teas and that is it.

you can go to the gym with a focus on weight lifting rather than cardio which

will help you to lose weight.

though this is certainly thin it is not too underweight.

Try food high in protein - dal and especially nuts and along with three meals

daily eat two snacks.

In the morning eating milk and banana will be helpful and if you eat eggs you

can eat an omlet of two eggs in the morning.

The thing is, you want to stay away from too much fat - eat foods that are

healthy and have fat that is easy to digest.

You are young now and might have good digestion but you do not want to pick up

eating habits that will make you ill as you get older.

You can also add ghee when you eat rice or oti.
