Ananda Ashram is hosting The Ayurvedic Art of Health & Healing: A

Six-Day Seminar with Vasant Lad, B.A.M.S., M.A.Sc.

 

Dr. Vasant Lad, eminent physician, teacher and author, shares vital

knowledge of Ayurveda's ancient and natural methods to reverse the

effects of imbalances and pollution present in our inner and outer

atmosphere. Dr. Lad's classes are suitable for beginning students as

well as experienced practitioners.

 

Part One - July 22-25, Tue - Fri

The Ayurvedic Art of Assessment

A four-day course based on the Ashtavidha Pariksha, the eightfold

method of Ayurvedic assessment. These ancient tools can function as a

clear barometer of one's physical, mental and spiritual nature and

present condition.

 

Part Two - July 25-27, Fri eve. - Sun

Ayurveda and Daily Life

Part II, Weekend only (4 sessions) $140;

Single sessions: $35 each
