Guest guest
I would be interested definitely in watching a write-up providing complete exegenesis of the role of liver in menstuation specifically from Ayurvedic point of view. I am not really interested in the twisted references by connecting one aspect to another. Kumari is not only related to liver and uterus, but also to skin and lungs. So can we conclude that all these organs are inter-related? I would cite the example of Calcium. Calcium is necessary for bone growth. But it is also necessary in muscle, blood metabolism as well in contraction of heart through calcium channels. Would it mean that bone and heart are related or connected in their activities? Connecting the activity of Kumari with liver and uterus and subsequently showing a connection between uterus and liver is not a correct perspective. I feel that one should be more precise and specific than just flaunting statements, as many people are reading these mails. Neither Ayurveda nor modern physiology can endorse such a view-point.
