Conceiving male child - any ayurvedic ways?

Hello

I heard from many sources that by taking shivalingi beeja and

putrajeevika , after conceiving , will give a male child.But the sex is

determined during conceving only, does it change later by taking

these medicines. is it possible as per ayurveda?
