painful hemorrhoids

Dear doctors,

 

I have a patient who is 30 years old female and having one child

complaining of painful external hemorrhoid which appears only when the

stools are hard and pains a lot and sometimes bleeing and she is pitta

and vata prominent constitution.

 

i would like to know apart from ksharasutra, is there any internal and

external medicine is better suggest her to get relief of this.

 

Is is presently taking stool softeners like anuloma tab and

application kaseesadi taila and she is felling better at present ans

even the swelling near her anal orifice is reducing in size.

 

Please I would like to know better than this which can give her pain

relief

>Dr. Savitha The case you have presented is looks to be second

degree heamorroids and that to got complicated. I suggest some

remedies for it. Kankayana vati and Arshakuthar ras are two very

good remedies to be taken internally. The use of sitz bath with

Triphala Qwath is recommonded. it can to given twice daily. take

some soothing ointment ike jatyadigritha for external application

for the begining. The intake of Abhayarista is also very much

essential for her. Hope these remedies and actions will cure the

lady.

Dear Savith

I am doing Ksharasutra for piles and fistula since 15 years. at Pune at

Deenanath mangeshkar hospital and Sanjeevan Hospital.

As per my knowledge Piles are painless except when they get infected. It is

possible that the patient may have fissure with piles. [ 2 nd degree].
