Thousands of such instances have convinced me that if people could be slightly careful in giving proper exercise to the spine, they can not only cure themselves but also prevent getting frequent attacks of back pain in future. They can also help all their friends and relatives to keep back pain at bay. Here is one more example of a senior colonel (retd.) of the Indian Army who was suffering since 1983 in spite of undergoing best possible treatment available to the army officers.
