TRIPHALA and SHATAVARI

First of all Namaskar to everyone! I'd like to ask a laical question

so don't mind me for boring you. An ayurvedic doctor proscribed me

TRIPHALA and SHATAVARI tabs which I used and felt absolutely great.

The content of each pack was 30 g and I drank the whole of it. Now, I

was wondering since my doctor is out of the country, can I continue

with the same medicines or should I stop after this one bottle of

each? I really like to continue because I absolutely feel great and

purified while using them. I appreciate each answer :-)

there is nothing wrong with taking these two herbs for longer.
