Dear Kerala Ayurveda Students,

 

This message comes to you from the Washington Ayurvedic Medical

Association (WAMA), http://www.ayurveda-wama.org/.

 

WAMA is a Seattle based organization working towards non-profit

status. WAMA's aim is to be a rallying point in Washington State for

Ayurvedic Practice and the promotion of the policies advised by the

National Ayurvedic Medical Association.

 

WAMA offers many ways for you to be involved in Ayurveda including:

 

- Once a month Seattle Area Ayurvedic Practitioner and Student potluck

social and knowledge presentations.

- Developing the WAMA website, gaining non-profit status, fulfilling

WAMA's educational, practice, policy, and community building goals.

- A listserv through which you may hear about Ayurvedic events in the

Seattle Area and post your own Ayurvedic announcements, questions, etc.

 

To join WAMA's listserv and get connected with the Seattle Ayurveda

Instructions for Joining the Washington Ayurvedic Medical Association

Listserv

 

1. Go to: http://health.ayurvedasangha/.

2. Click the " Join This Group! " icon in the upper right.

3. Enter your email account info and follow the prompts.

 

 

If you do not have a Email account you will need to create one.

(This does not mean you will have to receive email at this account as

once a member of the Sangha group there is the option of forwarding

your messages to any email account of your choice.

 

To create a email account:

 

1. Go to: https://login./config/mail?.intl=us.

2. On the right middle find the box that says " Don't have a

ID? " and click on " Sign Up. "

3. Follow the prompts to create an account.

4. Repeat the Instructions for Joining the Ayurveda Sangha Listserv.

 

 

Changing the email address to which one's Sangha emails are sent:

 

1. Once logged into Sangha Group with email account, find the

tab on the upper left labeled " Edit Membership " and click on it.

2. Scroll down to the " Email Address " section and click on " Add new

email address "

3. Enter your new email address in the box provided and press continue.

4. Follow the instructions to go check an email they send you

at your new address.

5. Select new email address as the address to which you would like

group messages sent
