I'm a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, maybe I can help? you may want to try and do

some " cat cow " kriyas, go very gently when you begin with this kriya, breath,

in cat posture and exhale in cow posture.. gradually work your pace up.. always

listen to your body when in too much pain..However.. there is a fine thread

between Good pain and Bad pain..listen to your body is about the best solution I

can give you Online..
