You can also take Neem and Manjishtadi tablets internally to purify your blood. Some additional tips to get you started : a) Drink a glass of lukewarm water with juice of half a lemon in it - first thing in the morning without even brushing your teeth as soon as you wake up. b) Make this a habit. Drink 8-10 glasses of water in a day atleast to flush out the toxins. d) Eat lot of green vegetables, and salads so that you are NEVER constipated. Constipation is a major factor for pimples, acne and eczema. f) Eat more cucumber, beetroot, carrots, apples, tomatoes in your diet. I would be happy to answer any other queries you might have. Along with Shodhana treatment internal medicines has to be given. In many chronic skin diseases Doshas [ vata,pitta and kaffa] are in more strong position in giving malefic effects and many Dhatus are involved too.
