Guest guest
Chemistry can not identify Best, Purest and most potent Panchgavya ghrut. The medicinal potency of herbs or other materials in materia medica of ayurveda is often assessed by looking at the soil, the method of planting and nurturing herbs, local climate, the sourcing of seedlings etc. The vaidyas are the experts, just like there are experts on valuation of gems, racing horses etc In this particular case, questions such as Are cows healthy? Are they fed on organic fodder? Are they looked after with love and affection? What kind of water they are drinking? How the ghee is manufactured-manually or machines? how it is stored and transported? all these aspects will come into picture. The choosy byer will visit the Goushala and obtain his own answers. Despite all this, author would like you to give two sources: 1. Adarsh Goseva avam anusandhan prakalp Toshniwal Dharmshala, Gandhi Road Akola, Pin Code 444001, Phone +91-724-2425673 website: www.gorakshanakola.com Author himself uses Panchgavya ghrutam from this source, but is available in limited quantity. 2. Mr. Uttam Gourishankar Maheshwari Gau Chikitsa Avam Gau Vigyan Prachar Kendra C-162, Akurli Industrial Estate Akurli Road, Kandivali(East), Mumbai 400101 Ph: +91=22-28871800 Cell:+91-9869232174 [Try this source if you are interested in Indian cow ghee] Nagarjuna Pharmacy at Ahmedabad also sells many Ghrtams and author found that their quality is acceptable if not " BEST " . They may be able to expeort too. In case you have any diffioulties in importing, contact this author or Punit Arora, a member of this group, off-list. Trust only will lead you to correct source, not laboratory certificates, there are none. ____________________ I am looking for resources which can supply the best, purest and most potent Panchgavya ghee. Guest guest
Website is under preparation. IT may take few more months to come in action. If you wish to know about panchgavya medicines, however, there are various websites such as govigyan.com and that of ISKCON. ________________ The website you mentioned in the post is showing an error (www.gorakshanakola.com). Guest guest
Dear Dr Bhate, I want to thank you very much for giving the info and valuable references. I have just started doing research on Panchgavya ghee. I am searching for aged ghee which are made according to all the proper vedic principles. Is Panchgavya ghee following such guidelines or do they go beyond in certain respects not mentioned in the classical texts? Do you know where it is possible to obtain aged ghee of this sort, I have read that aged ghee up to 100 years are highly prized and sought after ofr its medicinal properties. Is info on aged ghee given in the ayurvedic texts and how it is different? Also is it stated in texts which way is best to mix ghee with herbs which will enhance the action of the herbs? I am looking for the best possible ghee to mix in proper way with different herbs. This will not be done by me personally, but by a friend I am trying to help, who is doing energetic research on herbs. He has found that when herbs are mixed together with ghee, their energy (magnetic signature) becomes enhanced. Also he has found that the use of mantras and yantras increase the strength of the magnetic signature of the herbs. So I am trying to compile the available information for the benefit of this project. Thanking you and others who may contribute to this project by giving valuable information on these finer points. I found a good introductory article about ghee at http://www.ancientorganics.com/articles.htm which mention the basic differeces between traditional ghee and modern ghee. Also I thought the reference about vedic ghee to be made on Purnima (full moon) is interesting. _______ > Chemistry can not identify Best, Purest and most potent Panchgavya > ghrut........
