Ayurveda and Maharishi Mahesh Yogi

I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner in NYC, NY, having graduated from the

Kripalu School of Ayurveda. In 1972 my parents became devotees of The

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and my family went to the TM center/Temple in

NYC during my childhood to learn TM. It was an expansive experience

and that is were I was first introduced to Ayurveda and meditation.

My parents were heavy into the meditative practice and instilled the

necessity in my siblings and myself. The Maharishi was a gentle soul,

selfless, egoless and truly Satvvic.
