at 6 am [ Rasayana kala] and after lunch and dinner with 1 teas spoonful of

honey

Abhyanga to affected portion of the body with Mahanarayana taila twice a day.

Get an advice for exercise from physiotherapiest.

All these remedies will be more beneficial with in six months after the onset of

Hi Raynoronha, I can tell you that I had a chemical stroke, or TIA, a

few yrs back. A cocktail of pharmacueticals which I injested on DR.'s

orders left me with 6 months of physical rehabilitation. I had to return

to crawling across my livingroom floor 2 or 3 times a day for abut 15

minutes or until I was tired. . Oh, yeah, I had to crawl to the toilet

each time as well. I felt it was needed to repattern my nervous

sytem/brain. The system will compensate for damaged or unusable area of

the brain. We just have to relax and find a way to access the best

route. Lots of water, fish and flax seed oil as well. Best of luck and

don't give up! Chamae
