Guest guest
High Triglycerides (TG) is not a disease but leads to so many other dieases. The triglycerides deposit themselves in visceral obese mass. This causes reduced breathing due to constraints in the diphragm movement. The consequences on blood oxygen leads to various CAD problems. Author found a good correlation between fat (read TG) deposits around belly and situations such as diabetes, PCOS. This lead him to search for a method to remove these deposits. As Todd has written, diet and exercise definitely help. But more express help is offered to needy through a five week intensive program of diet and panchkarma, which was seen to reduce TG to the extent of 10-20% without any medicine! Reduced reqirement of Insulin dose, good control over blood sugar (even when meds were missed for one or two weeks) were results which amazed this author. The credit should go to the breathing technique too, which was taught to the participant in person. Lastly, walking with good breathing helped weight loss to the tune of about 10%, which is adequate to regularise cycles for PCOS patients. ___________________________ What is good formulation to reduce serum triglyceride in Ayurveda?
