Guest guest
Can a better mind-body balance be the answer to our lifestyle related health problems? A postgraduate project in Ayurvedic Medicine at Middlesex University, London, is undertaking a lifestyle survey to examine the effect of switching to an Ayurvedic lifestyle on various aspects of wellbeing. The study is still open to further participants. You can participate at home for three weeks, filling out an online questionnaire at the beginning and end of this trial period. As an incentive, participants are offered a free ayurvedic health assessment and a summary of the survey results. As I cannot participate physically staying in remote India at 77 years of age and enjoying good health with no more lifestyle problems than what I had suffered earlier due to this modern style, I can certainly share my experience with you through email as I have a lot of info to be shared. Is that possible?Awaiting reply and wishing your conference all success, S. M.
