DEAR ALL,

i think stress is cause of 90% diseases and stress is

trigger of 90% diseases.

ayurveda described 5 type of ajirna(dyspepsia !!!).

at govt ayurved hospital, anklav, anand ,i seen 20 to 30 patients of

ajirna per day.most common type is vishtbdh ajirna.(symptom-pain in

abd.,distension,low back pain etc.)

stress related other factor are irsha(jealosy),shok(grief),bhaya

(fear),krodh(anger) also rule out.

warm regards

We are collection of 3 trillion cells. when we are happy, cells are

happy, when we are stressed, cells are stressed. Cells communicate

with each other all 365 days and every microsecond.

It is inappropriate to think happiness or anger is related to just

few cells in brain! anger causes rush of blood(hot flash) over most

of face. Negative emotions, thoughts generate negative

neurotransmitters, messengers those are released in blood and they

reach all the parts of nervous system. Most sensitive cells are those

connected to reproductive systems, and causes of unexplained

infertility are to be often found in lack-lustre married life,

anxiety, depression etc. These are further discussed in message:

The explaination for the depressed cell response in cases of

PCOS/Diabetes can also be understood by reading few chapters of a

book, the links to each chapter has been provided in above message.
