Guest guest
The only truth is that nothing remains the same. take for example the classical days when the only system was Ayurveda. I am sure there were great debates about the post digestive effects of garlic or onion or amla or any of the substances used as medications. in our own times, what John has written is true, and we should be able to look at all " knowledge " to take ayurveda to its next level, as it cannot be stagnant in some relic stage, as some would like it to. __________ To me Ayurveda is much more than what is written in any texts and taught in any university or school. Charaka, Shuruta etc left us a great legacy but they also were students translating something left to them by far greater people.
