Dear freiends,

i have been working on osteoarthritis since 2004.A survey

of precipitating factors associated with occurrence of O.A carried out

at government ayurved hospital,anklav,dit.anand.gujrat(INDIA).Among

114 female patients,43 pts(37%) having reported hysterectomy is the

first most common factor.We marked that after hys., within 5 to 10 yrs

develop OA in women.so kindly guide your patients to avoid unnecessary

hysterectomy
