I came to know that cabbage has anti estrogenic properties - is it

true -

Is there any medicine in Ayurveda that has anti estrogenic effect?

Not sure about anti-estrogenic...

but my mother has had hypo-thyroidism and she has been advised to not have

cabbage as it affects the hormonal function there. Perhaps related?
