Guest guest
I recently was introduced to a young lady from Australia with a condition called Neurofibromatosis Type 2 (NF2) in which inflammation causes tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body. The tumors are not malignant but the condition is progressive and eventually fatal in most cases. I am told that the condition is considered genetic in that the gene responsible for arresting the tumors is not functioning. She is now 21 and has had the condition since age 10. Two surgeries were performed to remove tumors in the head and caused partial facial paralysis. The young lady has an Indian father and New Zealand mother. She has done panchakarma in India for one month on one occasion about one year ago and is taking a special formula from that Vaidya. However not much improvement has been seen. The vaidya feels she would need more lengthy Panchakarma due to the depth and severity of the disease. Does anybody know of a clinic and Vaidya who might be knowledgeable about such nervous system conditions and where she might be able to undergo treatment to relieve her condition? Or any medicines which might arrest the growth of the tumors and help her condition. If so I will pass the information on to her. Thanks for helping. Guest guest
Hi all, I would suggest you to think about Panchkarma in this condition. May be Virechana and then basti course with classical purva karma will be effective.
