NEWS LETTER

Bramhe Muhurte Utthisthe Swastho Rakshartham Ayushaha

Meaning---

The person who wish a disease free life must getup early in the

morning and that is too at Bramha Muhurta i.e. approximately 1-2

hours before sunrise.

Ayurvedic Ideology

Ayurveda has stated 5 types of Vata dosha. They govern all

activities in the body.

The excretion of fecal matter is the main fuction of Apana Vata [

is one of the important type of Vata dosha]

Apana Vata is more functional i.e. active from 2 to 6 am

Hence during this period a process of excretion of fecal matter will

be more easily and naturally due to the strong effect of Apana vata.

The proper and natural defecation will leads to proper functioning

of Digestive system.

Ultimately the person will remain healthy.

Exercise-

After proper defecation exercise is advocated by Ayurveda. Due to

adequate and suitable exercise Vyana Vata [is another type of Vata

dosha] gets activated. The basic function of Vyana Vata is to

circulate Rasadhatu [ Lymph] and Raktadhatu [ Blood] through out

the body.

Do you know which type of exercise is suitable for you ?

The type of exercise will differ according to your physical and

mental constitution.

The Vedic Astrology gives me more insight in confirming your mental

and

Physical constitution and hence the advice regarding exercise will

be more precise from person to person. E.g.when in a personal birth

chart, the Saturn is situated in Leo, the person will be benefited

by an exercise which will strengthen his lower back muscles, but

during exercise undue straining of lower back muscles and jerky

movements of lower back must be avoided. Because the sign Leo

indicates lower back and surrounding area. The Sun is the

signifactore of the sign Leo. Where as the Saturn and the Sun are

enemies of each others.
