how to use triphala

Namaste,

please tell me that can - TRIPHALA be used in

for every person, of every prakriti ( vaat, kaph, pitt). or

there should be some more things to see and watch.I know

its a rasayan . IN Olden days people do triphala kalp by eating

for many years.

 

My age is 30 . my prakriti is vaat and kaph. but

i also have - pet ki garmi. So can i use triphala in all

ritus . Some says that for vaat kaph , person should only use -

HARAD only one part of triphala.

 

please give me feed back

and also tell me which agents to use with triphala in

according to ritus like- sonth with triphala in winter . what

about other 5 ritus.

 

i have problem of sinus, arthritis, asthma allergy .

 

so please give me light on this topic. i also believe in

medical astrology . so my data is- 15 feb , 1977, 12.15
