Guest guest
I have developed some kind of infection in my skin in the chin area just below the lower lip and also around the nose. This has been troubling me for the past two years. I had consulted a skin specialist who suggested some ointments, anti allergics and antibiotics. If I take a course on antibiotic, the problem disappears but surfaces again after about 2 months. I have tried antibiotics 3-4 times now. My skin remains clean for 2 months and then it starts with 1-2 small pimples, which is quite painful and hard and then it keeps on spreading. Sometimes pus comes out, sometimes it appears to be bleeding. I am not able to find any permanent cure except for repeating the antibiotic every 3 months or so now, but this is not permanent and must be harmful in the long run. I live in Dubai. Can anyone suggest a remedy to this. Thanks and regards Niraj
Guest guest
Dear Niraj This may be occuring due to harmonal imbalance, change in weather or because of sinus infection Here are the natural tips • Avoid foods which are spicy, dry and oily. These may cause indigestion and lead to vitiation of vata. • Keep a habit of emptying bowels regularly this always normalizes vata. • Avoid fast foods and soft drinks. • Wash your face twice daily with mild cleanser. • Put a hair band to avoid falling of hair on face. The sweat and dirt accumulated on hair may fall on facial skin through hair strands • Avoid application of scrubs. • Wash your hair regularly with mild shampoo to keep it clean and avoid dandruff. • Squeezing and pricking of pimples cause scaring. Hence avoid this • Avoid exposure of skin to severe climatic conditions. • Avoid oil based moisturizers. Water based moisturizers are always beneficial. • Drink plenty of water. • Practice a regular exercise regimen Check these sites for more information and natural remedies http://www.ayurhelp.com/articles/acne_natural_remedy.htm http://www.ayurhelp.com/acne_pimples.htm Dr.Savitha Suri http://www.ayurhelp.com ____________ I have developed some kind of infection in my skin in the chin area just below the lower lip and also around the nose.
