Guest guest Posted November 5, 2007 Report Share Posted November 5, 2007 Yoga is about the only thing I haven't tried, I just do not have the time for a class, though I know I should find it. I have to get up at 4:00 every morning so I go to bed with a book at 7:30 and am usually asleep by 8 or so and do normally sleep through the night. I have done more Cd's for sleeping than I can count, only puts me to sleep but I wake up 3 to 4 hours later and can not go back to sleep, ergo the medication. The combination of medicine I am on now works very nicely, I just do not like taking drugs if I don't have to. Melatonin does not work for me either. My doctor would like for me to go for a sleep study, I am considering this when and if I find the time. Thank you for your advice, it is appreciated.
