Guest guest Posted November 6, 2007 Report Share Posted November 6, 2007 In response to the woman having insomnia I would suggest that if it's mental chatter grind up a whole nut of Nutmeg and take 8 hours before desired waking time (approx 8 hours) mix with warm milk or soy or cap it yourself and take about 3 capsules....otherwise if it's musclulature issues; Valerian works well with California Poppy. I'm not sure where you live but these can be easily found in the states or Europe. I have had tremendous results with my patients using these simple remedies in addition to Yoga, Pranayama __________________ How long does it take for Jatamansi to work once you start taking it?
