Guest guest
In south India usually buttermilk is prepared as follows. The cream of milk ( the cream crust which is obtained after boiling and cooling milk) is collected in a clean vessel and a drop of curd is added to it.2 or three days cream is added to it. later it is churned with churner . The butter forms in the mixture which is skimmed out and the liquid portion is used as butter milk.
