Hello.

Dear Dr. Gurjan. I don't know that bhringaraj could be taken to reinvertir (to

cure) the grey hairs. What I do?, volume 5 grams of leaves (dry) three times at

day? before the meals? The only form that knew to use, is making it an oil for

the hair, that I have proven it a times and I have not noticed results. Sorry my

ignorance, I don't know too much about Ayurveda, I don't have Trifala. I'll

obtain that the grey hairs take off to me taking only bhringaraj?. My hair isn't

very much grey hairs but I want to cure its.

Hello Dear Guadeloupe, if you have the powder of Bringraj plant then you can

take it orally 5 grams thrice a day with normal water for 3-4 months or more.

And if you have Trifala (combination of Amla, Behra and Haradh), then it will

improve blackness in your hair with Bringraj. Totally The combination is 5 grams

(2.5 gram and 2.5 gram trifala bringraj powder).

Bringraj se dice Yerba de tajo o Hierba de tajo en Espanol. Se dice

Eclipta alba en Latin. Se usa interiormente y exteriormente. Quando se

toma como medicina es bueno para calmar el mente - de costumbre se usa
