As yoga is an important part of Ayurveda and by yoga we dont mean only

the Asanas as prescribed by Hatha yoga.It actually means the

unification of all our faculties into one source that can be said to

be the ultimate storehouse of knowledge.

 

To attain such a state it is necessary to practise meditation in a

regular manner at least half an hour a day.

It is most beneficial for the patients as well as practioners of

ayurveda if they can make it a habit to meditate daily.

 

It will help them to work more effectively under any circumstances.
