This is interesting - is this without refrigeration? I drink biodynamic

grape juice and sometimes leave it out of the fridge once opened and haven't

had it go mouldy yet - I wonder if the horse radish needs to go in with a

minimum of air space in the bottle - do you have any more details?

u can preserve fresh grapes juice by adding some Armoracia Rusticana

(horseradish i think), i was told by someone that u can keep it like this

for 10 years without turning into wine or vinegar.

i'll try to get more details. once closed imediately after adding horse radish,

u can keep it like this for long in a storrage place. no refrigeration needed.

i'm not sure what happens after u open the bottle, i guess it will not take much

time to drink it.
