Guest guest
Hello, I am a big fan of this group and am following almost all the topics discussed. I have got a particular question regarding the recovery after binge eating disorder. My family member had the binge eating disorder and now she is recovering. The main consequences were amenorrhoea (absence of menstruation), the damage for the stomach which has been stretched a lot and the changes on the face. For balancing the cycle I have suggested the remedies, which are alread discusssed in the topics " Irregular periods " in this group. How can she help herself to recover the face? Her cheeks now look swollen and hung down, which even makes her face features to look repellent. Thanks a lot. Kind regards, Calama

Bloating of the stomach, palpitations, fast mood swings, cravings, water retention in arm muscles and even other muscles which pick up fat, make elasticity reduce and muscles start looking flabby. Ligaments start accumulating plasticity and herniation like effects are seen. Fat pads start bulging out from the areas remaining uncovered by clothes. All this is basically due to hormonal chaos. Answer is in phyto sterols which you already picked up from archives. More important, satvik diet is also necessary. balanced diet will reduce cravings. reduce salt and spices, which reduces swellings and water retention under the adipose tissues on cheeks and arms. Author uses a panchgavya medicine after multiple liver detoxifications, which cause not only balancing of function of ovaries, but also thyroids. These two are sisters, whenever one underfunctions or stops function, other also starts sulking. But with panchgavya, balance of both is achieved and weight loss is also observed if walking is started on a regular basis. Extra oxygen by special breathing techniques boost the tissue agni, increasing faster burning of fat. Unfortunately, these kind of results are not possible at places where Brahman cow urine is not available. But self urine can be tried. Read some books on self urine therapy. Urine contains a number of steroids in micro form with high bio-availability. None of these steroids will cause insulin resistance. A lady with diabetes asked once: " can i go for self urine therapy when self urine is likely to contain glucose. will i not be taking extra sugar in rapidly absorbing form? " Answer is: Body will reduce sugar or carb craving once it obtains the sugar in such form. In hospitals patient is given sugar(dextrose) along with salt in an elctrolyte form to restore the energy rapidly. Same purpose is achieved here, urine contains both salt as well as glucose required by the body, but temporarily removed as excess by the body. The smoothness of skin, blood circulation to the skin gets improved by self urine massage. For massage, urine should be either boiled to 25% volume, or exposed to sun for a week, so that volatile decomposable matter evaporates. Many other rules for urine massage are already discussed in archives. Many have admitted to disappearance of cravings after starting both self and cow urine therapy. Guest guest
Do not worry too much. I have experience with this. Once your relative begins to exercise regularly with walking, pranayama and whatever other exercise she likes she will get her beauty back. She would also do well with a supplement - multi vitamin and mineral in liquid format and make sure that she eats fresh food. Lots of fruits, vegetables and fresh water. She will be fine. _______________ The main consequences were amenorrhoea (absence of menstruation), the damage for the stomach which has been stretched a lot and the changes on the face.
