needs remedy for asthma allergy and sinus

Hello scholars,

Could u please provide me remedies for sinus and

asthma.I feel problem of cold ( nausea jukaam) every now and then.

Doctors said nostrils are blocked inside and nasal bone get irregular

shape , so he prescribes me operation. Due to excessive cold ,

cough, i feel sneezing alot , and also my throat get irritation and

coughing occured.

 

Some says its a bronchial infection too.

 

Please provide me some remedies and get me free from inhalers and

strict eating precautions( apathya).My age is 30, unmarried.

u r lucky enough to live in india, so u have easy acces to pancha karma clinics.

nasya would be grate , but doctors there would decide what is best for you.

till then, ginger would increase your fire and help removing some kapha

accumulated in head area.

do not eat meat, eggs, milk or chease or fat heavy food.
