Guest guest
Would you consider yoga coaching online? Crystal ___________ I am offering private or small group yoga classes in the West End.
Guest guest
yoga simply can not be learned online and anyone who would teach it online would be seriously putting the student at risk of injury. A person must learn asana from a teacher in order to assure that alignment is proper. I have taught yoga for 15 years and have seen too many people get hurt by learning alone. I have seen people doing asana in alignment that is potentially very dangerous if not just incorrect.. If one has learned yoga by a teacher then it is fine to keep it up by watching tv programs but the foundtation must be set by a teacher. _____________________ Would you consider yoga coaching online? Guest guest
I do not how this would be at all possible. One needs a teacher. One is working with the body, mind, etc... and injuries occur. So, no. ______________________ Would you consider yoga coaching online?
