Guest guest
pls check if there is any autoimune disease, many of them can start as arthritis in small joints, especially in women case. u can use curcuma longa, boswellia serrata, salix alba both internal and external use and diet for removing toxines. as external use : helleborus purpurascens (take care, it is very toxic, do not eat it) and some unguent with bees products. some bitter plant seems necessary to reduce inflamation (neem is the most bitter in my personal opinion). for those interested, helleborus purpurascens is also used internal in severe diseases like cancer (has strong anti-tumoral effects and removes toxines.). this therapy is done under strict surveillance of a doctor having experience with it because it can produce severe intoxication. the dose recomanded is 0.25 grams per day (a quarter of a gram) mixed with 1 gram of arthemisia abrotanum or other plants with anti-toxic effects. __________________________- Having pain between top two bones of finger(phalanges) ,distal interphalangeal joint. Such problems are increasingly being noticed after childbirth. Intravenous medication, anasthesia, intervention to shorten the birth process together with 40 day post partum ayurvedic protocol of hot water baths, massages, gondh-ke-laddu, ginger powder use along with decoctions, are all root causes. Auto-immunity, hormonal imbalance are also noticed in such cases, as already pointed out by Chtristina. Look at some photos given at http://health.ph.ayurveda/photos/browse/9 ec3 Do you notice any darkening of skin, on the skin folds of finger joints(nail side). Any swellings, darkening under the nails? Stiffness is a clear pointer to vata. Based on answer to these questions as well as correct root cause (preganancy/childbirth/operating keyboards before monitor) some home remedy type suggestions can be given.
