Guest guest
Hello Everybody, Now a days, I see supplements everywhere- the local drug stores are full of supplements, any health magazine you open, you see the same. I would like to know, is it really that important to take supplements? How will I know that which one my body needs because the doctors here in Japan never recommend taking any kind of supplements. So, how do I make a choice and how long is it safe to continue , is there any quality control ,what are the safe places to buy from? In case, if there is any good web site or any good books on this topic, please do let me know. I would really appreciate it . Regards, Sraboni
Guest guest
hi there r many types of supplements. some of them are extracts of fruits, medicinal plants and vegetables, having healing properties. they can help people cure different diseases, but they r registered as supplements and not medicine/drugs in order to avoid conflicts with pharmaceutical lines, which r very powerfull and can bann them. there r other supplements with vitamins, proteins, growth hormones, this r not really necessary unless u have a deficit of such things. if u want to consume them, pls ask first for advice from a doctor who knows them and is opened to this kind of ideas. i can advice u regarding Flavin or California Fittness products, which i know well and have long experience wiyh them. all the best, cri _______________________ Now a days, I see supplements everywhere I would like to know, is it really that important to take supplements? Guest guest
It is always best to eat a ballanced diet rather than depending on suppliments. Liquid vitamins are the best to take. Tablets are most often not digestable by the body. In general, women of menstruating and childbearing age may do well to take more iron - but in my experience this is best done by consuming leafy greens, dates, figs and rasins. I do not suggest suppliments for people unless they do not eat properly and show some physical signs of deficiency. _________________________ I would like to know, is it really that important to take supplements?
