Guest guest
You can make some simple changes to your diet and habits surrounding eating. When you rise in the morning, drink a big glass of warm water and do a little stretching and yoga. Some good asanas are dhanurasana and paschimotanasana and pavan muktasana. Bastrika pranayama will also be useful. After doing some stretching and walking try to go to the bathroom. It is important that you make your body used to emptying the bowel in the morning. Eat a light breakfast - nothing oily or heavy. Fruits juice and seven almonds is a good idea. eat lunch at the same time daily. Chew food slowly and do not watch tv or talk while eating - really try to focus on the act of eating only. Only eat the amount of food that can fit in your palms - a bowl of food. Eating more than this will cause heaviness, indigestion, gas and constipation. After eating chew a piece of ginger or some fennel seed. Sit in vajrasana for five to ten minutes. Same thing for supper - it should be eaten no later than 7:30 to 8:00 pm. Sit in vajrasana for five minutes, eat ginger or fennel and after half hour go for a stroll for fifteen minutes. Before bed take a tablespoon of triphala, mix the triphala in two ounces of water, drink it and then follow it up with a glass of boiled water. This routine will help you clear your problem. Make sure also that you eat yogurt - curd after lunch and supper. Try to eat dahl in the day and subji at night. add at least five fruits a day - avoid bananas though. This should help you quickly. If you look up the asanas I mentioned in this note you will be able to see what they look like on the internet. It is best though to do them with a teacher before beginning the practice of them to ensure that you are doing them safely.
