Guest guest Posted August 31, 2007 Report Share Posted August 31, 2007 After reading some ayurvedha, i reliased these are the mistakes i have done so far in my 30 + years with reference to food 1.Did not bother to eat fruits at all. 2.Used to eat heavily that too Late in the night for dinner and then go to bed immediately after food. 3.Had too much spicy food.(without finishing off with curd) 4.Ate much more than what i could eat. 5.Plenty of Coffee, coke and beer ( regular part of life). 6.Being a out station bachelor, had food ONLY in Hotels of all sorts in Chennai. I think much of this has to do with my obesity, sleeplessness and extreme mood swing. Do you agree? Include exercise in your daily diet, yoga is best if you can train under a good teacher, or you can run/walk/goto the gym(again this with supervision). For your diet, depends on what your current condition is... typical recomendation is 5 diff types of fruits and veggies, salad once a day is good (uncooked), less of the 5 Whites (white flour, sugar, white rice, milk (pasteurized/preserved) and salt), good sleep hours. FAfter reading some ayurvedha, i reliased these are the mistakes i have done so far in my 30 + years with reference to food..............I know it will be too difficult to undo the harm , but what all I can do with reference to food atleast from now onwards?
