Guest guest
I just wanted to add that if you are thinking of getting Pancha Karma do only that. Speaking from personal experience if you try to attend classes, travel, work or basically anything...think twice. Since your body will be going through tons of changes and detoxifying it's best to let your energy focus on that to get the full benefit. You'll be wiped out so just relax and let the treatment do it's thing. It may take a few weeks or longer depending on your physical condition and to the extent of your Pancha Karma. Meditating and Pranayama is great but even reading a book can be too much for some.
Guest guest
Dear Friends, I totally agree with the opinion shared by Hokahhay. This is true. Avoid all kind of classes, travel, shopping, work or excessive yoga, reading or TV watching during Panchkarma. I usually suggest all my guests/ patients to restrict such activities, but some times guests feel that it is very strict and not necessary for such strict regimen. In such condition, we are helpless. Thanks for sharing this practical and important aspect. Dr. Prerak Shah, Ahmedabad, India. www.ayulink.com
