Guest guest Posted August 18, 2007 Report Share Posted August 18, 2007 *Tips for Good Health **Translated/Interpreted from Satsang of Pujya Sant Shri Asaramji Bapu ~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~ ~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~ * ** *BLOOD PRESSURE (HINDI NAME: RAKTACHAAP) Any one or all of the recommendations maybe followed for each disease: For High or Low Blood Pressure Recite " OM " Take 2 to 5 grams of Pipal Roots (PIPLAMOOL) Drink lemon juice with a pinch of rock salt For High Blood pressure only Recite " OM SHANTI " before and after eating anything Eat 12 flowers of BAARAHMASI Drink 5 grms Ratveliya (JALPEEPLI) juice once a day. This helps in balancing High Blood Pressure and is beneficial in reducing period flow (RATWA) Place peeled fresh garlic in a glass jar and add honey on top so that the garlic is covered. After placing the jar in sunshine for 15 days, slowly eat one or two pieces of garlic with one spoon of honey and milk at room temperature. This natural cure helps to balance blood pressure. The following is to be done together for High Blood pressure: Take a mixture of 1gm of SARPGANDHA BUTI and 2gms of BALCHAD BUTI. Take 2 pills in morning and 2 pills in the evening of CHANDRAKALA JUICE. Take two teaspoons of AMLA CHURAN at night before sleeping. If gas (Vaat pradhan) occurs take 20ml of sesame oil with hot water. Caution: Do not take these pills for a long time as they may cause Liver or Kidney damage. Other relevant treatments HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE (Hypertension) Recommended Nutrition: high fiber diet, oat bran, plenty of fruits: apples, bananas, cantaloupe, melons, grape fruit, citrus fruits, prunes, raisins, cranberries, green vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, peas, squash, sweet potato, spinach, parsley, celery, beet, eggplant, garlic, flaxseed oil (Ailsey), carrots, brown rice, oats. Avoid: salt, fats, baking soda, canned vegetables, soft drinks, sugar substitutes, soya sauce, chocolates, diary products: cheese, yogurt, fat free cow milk, alcohol, caffeine, tobacco. Natural Treatment: Pranayam (breathing exercises) 3 times a day in fresh air. Drink 6 or more glasses of distilled water. Detoxify with fasting for 3 days. Reduce weight and do moderate exercise daily. Raisin treatment: eat 1 raisin first day, 2 raisins second day and go on increasing one raisin daily for twenty five days. Wash your head with water for 5 minutes twice daily (in morning and evening). When the blood pressure is very high, place your head below the tap water for 5 to 7 minutes. It will reduce the blood pressure level. Magnet Treatment: Drink 6 or more glasses of magnetized water during the day. 1. Wear magnet wrist belt on right wrist. 2. Place South Pole of weak magnet on forehead. 3. Place small magnet on first toe of right foot. 4.
