Tooth remineralization

We recently took my son to the dentist. They found out he had a

cavity. He is only 15 and eats a vegetarian diet with little sugar.

I could not figure out how he got the cavity. Then he admitted that

he did not brush his teeth regularly but only once every other day.

He learned his lesson. However, he does not want to have the tooth

drilled. I have read about a dentist that prescribes brushing after

every meal and also taking a daily fluoride treatment. I realize

fluoride is poisonous and can also make the teeth brittle. Is there a

safer way to remineralize the teeth? Maybe some herb in the mouth for

a few minutes a day?

Thanks

GB

Pranayams and accupressure on finger tips as

recommended by Baba Ramdev are helpful. He has

documented cases where very old people got new teeth.

Naturally, reminerisation should also happen. I have

also tried it. It has helped reduce even my toothache

with a feeling of stronger teeth.

sringataka (trapa bispinosa) powder 2 grams *4 times a day. keep it under tongue

20 minutes and then swallow.

there is also a mothos with egg shells, but i don't know it well. take egg

shells (not boiled), ler them dry, then they should stay in lemon juice for a

while to ehtract minerals out of them, and then take 1 spoon per day with honney

for taste.

I looked on the web but could not find the accupressure points for

teeth as recommended by Baba Ramdev. Would you please direct me to

the right place?

Thank you

I called up the place in the US that has a lot of common Ayurvedic

herbs, Bazaar of India. They never heard of sringataka (trapa

bispinosa). Do you know where I might be able to get it or does

anyone else know?

Thanks

GB
