Guest guest
Do you do any breathing exercises? Like those outlined by Swami Ramdev? Are you constipated - I have found the gut often reflects the condition of the lungs? Are the areas of the balls of the thumbs discoloured? You can rub them to stimulate the lungs to work more efficiently. Miso is good for lung health, and walking barefoot in the morning dew on the grass helps many things. Yoga and stretching all help - there is so much you can do to help yourself. Sometimes the thoracic spine can be misaligned causing such problems too - a chiropractor especially one who diagnoses using kinesiology might help you too. Guest guest
Thank you for such a helpful response:) I'm laughing at walking in the morning dew barefoot, I will do just that! I take things too seriously and know that makes everything worse. I try to take deep breaths throughout the day, but I have such bad anxiety that I should be doing more. I could be more regular, yes. a chiropractor sounds good, too. thank you, and I welcome more responses from anyone! Jane MacRoss " <highfield1 wrote: > > Do you do any breathing exercises?
