Guest guest
Lots of companies make things that supposedly work on stretch marks, but i haven't seen anything reliable yet. Given that you're taking all these things and nothing is working against the frog in your throat, it is definitely time to get your environment checked out. There may be something in your house that is subverting you. As for getting rid of the residues of a certain herb, the first bunch of chemicals from that herb takes about three weeks to leave the body. Then, the rest of it takes more than 8 months. Overall, there are certain herbs that i vigorously recommend against taking, and that's why. Chapparal is said to speed the process up a bit, and i know people who swear by it. Drinking a lot of water and doing a lot of exercise will help too -- but as the chemicals are released, there is a tendency to get cravings for that certain herb as the chemicals pass back through your systems. Resist any cravings, and you will get a tremendous good out of the water and exercise combination. At 10:23 PM 11/15/01 -0800, you wrote: >Does anyone know about a remedy for stretch marks? Love, Doc Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.505-772-5889Dr.IanShillington - holly chilcott herbal remedies Thursday, November 15, 2001 11:23 PM [herbal remedies] Stretch Marks Does anyone know about a remedy for stretch marks? I have some unsightly stretch marks I'd like to fix. Anything out there that tightens the skin and reduces the appalling nature of the unsightly scars? One of the best ways to handle this is with Cocoa butter, but that is only while you are pregnant with the first one (preventative so to speak). The only way I can see you handling this is with the Deep Tissue Repair Oil formula, and the Bone, Flesh and Cartilage Formula, and it may take a while (up to 3 years) to fully correct. I'd also recommend some major cleansing as well to ensure that it happens as fast as possible.OH, AND BY THE WAY! I've had this phlem thing in my throat (possibly upper lungs) for 3 MONTHS now. I've tried "Throat Coat" tea, which doesn't do much (it's got slippery elm bark in it), and cayanne, dandelion root and leaf in a tea, fenugreek (in a tea)...NOTHING'S WORKING. What happens is that I feel a "coagulation" of some sort of excess fluid/phlem in the back and bottom of my throat, and I am CONSTANTLY trying to clear my throat. Sometimes it's so bad that I get a sore throat from trying to clear it. For the longer range handling, you'd only need to take 2 dropperfuls of Lobelia Tincture 3 times a day for a while and it should clear up over a two or three week time. If you'd like the shorter aggressive approach, I'd recommend you take two dropperfuls of Cayenne tincture and then a full 2 oz of Lobelia and create a purge (puke) condition which should clear the lungs out immediately. This is the one shot "cure". But you also need to take a look at what 'caused' the condition in the first place. You're obviously doing something physically or nutritionally that you shouldn't and need to cut it out. Probably something to do with grains, but that is only a guess with the limited data you've given me.My last question is...and don't hate me...if I used a certain herb (within the last week) that is...we'll just say it's usually taken by smoking it...and I wanted to cleanse it all out of my system...what's the quickest way to flush it out completely? I mean in like, 24 hours. Ain't a gonna happen hon. It'll take anywheres from 1 to 4 weeks to cleanse this out of your system using the Total Body Cleanse and 100 to 1000 Mgs of Niacin to get rid of the residues. This is one of those unusual times that an hours worth of indulgence takes longer to clean up than it does to mess it up. Sorry for the bad news Kiddo, but you've got some serious cleansing here to wipe the slate clean. Love, Doc
Guest guest
Dear All, Greetings and hope this finds you well! I have been noticing terrible stretch marks lately on my abdomen area and thighs. I have not exactly had sudden weight loss (I put on nearly 10 kgs extra during and after my baby's birth)but have noticed more of these stretch marks for the past week or so.... Request you to kindly suggest some remedies/topical cream etc for this condition. Thanks very much Sincerely Bhairvi Raichura
Guest guest
Dear Robin, The DTR is good, but very strong and generates a lot of heat. This could get very uncomfortable for her. I'd recommend our Jojoba 9% Tea Tree Oil Formula which is a take off on Doc Christopher's old remedy which can be use two or three times a day without the heat or discomfort. The Herbal First Aid Salve would also help with one or two applications, as this has Comfrey in it to really speed up healing. All the best, Doc Robin wrote: Doc, My 13 yr old has stretch marks on the inner parts of her upper thighs. I think becuz she is growing so fast. She's not overweight at all. We've been using your deep tissue repair oil, which seems to be helping a little. We want to completely get rid of them. She's very embarrassed by these. What can we do? Is there something else we can try? ~Robin
