Guest guest
Hello, I've always had poor circulation problems in my legs. I don't have any weight issues at all. My toes often turn blue and my legs feel swollen and sore. During the day, it's hard for me to sit without having my legs pulled up against me. At night, my legs jerk and jump a lot and it keeps me from sleeping. I take a lot of magnesium at night but sometimes I still lay awake all with pain, achiness and a feeling like I need a massage. Last night was one of those nights. I wonder what I'm doing wrong that could cause this. Is there anything in Ayurvedic medicine that I could order to help with this? Any thoughts? Thank you for your time. amy

Guest guest
Oh, I was wondering how you were. I remember that you were a vata type. Have you been doing regular massage with sesame oil? I think you should also do hip opening exercises like leg swings, rotation of the joints in the legs and kati basti would also help. A lot of deep breathing and keeping the body warm is also important. Perhaps a liquid iron supplement would help too. Try to take all calcium magnesium, iron - vitamins etc in liquid form. They are far easier to absorb and you will find that you can notice the results almost instantly. Perhpas you are also underweight? maymecall <no_reply > wrote: I've always had poor circulation problems in my legs. Guest guest
Amy It would be best to do yoga forward stretches. Also go to a curb or a stairway and put the heel down while pushing on a wall, a tree or something else for balance.
