Most probably this may be a case of flatulence which occurs due to inadequate function of stomach and liver. You should use these following medicines. 1. JAWARISH KAMOONI 10 gm empty stomach in morning 2. HABB-E-HALTEET 2 pills after half hour of lunch (take it as toffee) 3. MAJOON DABEEDUL-WARD 10gm at bed time with 5 gm of asabghoal husk. Take these and tell me your condition after three days. I am sure this will do work.
