Try the asfoetida+ajwain+black salt receipe. herbs are difficult to get, with FDA watching. sluggish colon is the result of zyprexa withdrawl. it happens with every drug aimed at brain. Fiber at night, early dinner, say at 8 pm local time, early to bed and warm water, preferably copper water in the early morning, followed by 100 step walk in home itself may slowly give training to colon. Milk+banana is a good bedtime bite, will help getting good sleep as well as aid bowel movement. For foot pain, leafy veggie soup will compensate the minearal loss and if you can chew 2-3 black pepper/ or 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder with honey just before lunch and dinner, you may be taking care of effects of zyprexa taken long time. most of these drugs bring in insulin resistance, which causes muscular pains, abnormal growths of tissues. did you check heel spur possibility? soaking foot in hot water in which 2 gram epsom salt per litre of water is dissolved, for 10-15 minutes may give some relief. if continued for a week, it may not be needed afterwards. minearal deficiencies, esp. magnesium, causes the pain, when coupled with insulin resiatnce also.
