Guest guest Posted June 9, 2007 Report Share Posted June 9, 2007 you can disolve a peice of camphor in a litre of warm coconut oil a big peice like a one inch peice first warm the coconut oil in a pan and then place the camphor apply this to the feet as soon as you get home and keep the feet up try to wear shoes that breathe and allow you not to ned socks like a classy sandal if posible. drink plenty of water and on your break remove your shoes and do feet excersises - extension flexion circles etc _ Since returning to work my feet are killing me, I have blisters every where, what secret do you have to aleviate this extreme pain?
