Guest guest
my cousin who is 41 years of age, is married and has one daughter, regularly suffers from throat infection 1-/2 days before her menses. Dizziness and pain in the corner of mouth, that is gums and around the wisdom tooth is also experienced during this period. Should this be a cause of alarm? Guest guest
She could check for infection, but also, the week before menstruation she can do warm oil massage on her head and down her back and on her abdoman with warm sesame oil. She can mix in these oils dalchini (cinnamon) oil 5 drops to 1 cup oil and orange 5 drops. This can be rubbed over her body. She can also do vajrasana after meals for five to ten minutes and dhanurasana every morning. pswaraj <no_reply > wrote: my cousin who is 41 years of age, is married and has one daughter, regularly suffers from throat infection 1-/2 days before her menses.
